We also have special expertise in electrodiagnostic testing (nerve conduction studies and electromyography) for peripheral nerve disorders, and Botulinum Toxin injections for movement disorders.

If you are a new patient, you can now fill out your registration forms before your first appointment. You can either fax these forms in to us, or bring them filled out to your first appointment. Warning Signs:
Contact a neurologist immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms:

  • Persistent or sudden onset of a headache
  • A headache which changes
  • Loss of feeling or tingling
  • Weakness or loss of muscle strength
  • Sudden loss of sight
  • Forgetfulness
  • Lack of coordination
  • Muscle rigidity
  • Muscle spasms or tics
  • Difficulties with swallowing or speech

The sudden and abrupt onset of any of the above symptoms should prompt an immediate evaluation in an emergency room or urgent care facility, as they may warn of an impending stroke.
